Fake order confirmations accounted for more than half of all imposter scams targeting Amazon shoppers.
According to the Better Business Bureau,"imposter scams" were the most common schemes used by scammers last year.
These can be emails, texts or calls from people pretending to work for a legitimate business. Scott Nap with Amazon joins us via Zoom to warn about some of the most common scams targeted onto shoppers.
