m. Tuesday for a report of a domestic disturbance. Police said Joseph Cottrell, 38, was fighting with a juvenile family member when he "applied pressure to the juvenile's neck, obstructing normal breathing and causing visible injuries."Cottrell was arrested, charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail.
