A diver strapped on a video camera to explore the depths of the San Antonio River and found heaps of trash and River Walk paraphernalia. Brandon Jordan, a diver/YouTube personlity, got permission from the City of San Antonio to search the river and clean up garbage, he said in the video footage, which he uploaded to the 'Jiggin' with Jordan' YouTube channel in June 2021. 'There's a lot of opportunity for treasure to be found today,' he said.
'It came right from the side of the bridge. Maybe someone was taking a picture, dropped it off and it's gone forever,' Jordan said of the phones. River Walk restaurants contributed their share of underwater treasures, including a Republic of Texas menu and a Rainforest Cafe glass. 'My favorite restaurant,' Jordan said. 'We've got a Rainforest Cafe with a chocolate milkshake inside of it.
