Yet another Central Pennsylvania school district is looking at using the Independence Law Center.

The Independence Law Center is known for aiding school districts in developing policies regarding the bathrooms that students use, the pronouns they use, the sports teams they participate in and more. According to the Education Law Center, legally, outside legal groups are allowed to be brought in for executive sessions under “legal guidance,” but there are stipulations.
For discussions of legal matters, there are rules to follow to ensure that attorney-client privilege is not broken.
