"Ever since na na-issue itong mga ordinansang ito, kasama na po talaga natin ang ating kapulisan mula QCPD sa pag-implement at pag-enforce ng mga ordinansang ito na may kinalaman lalo na ngayon sa health measures sa ating paglaban kontra nitong COVID-19 pandemic," ani QC Assistant City Administrator Alberto Kimpo.
Pinaaalalahanan din ni Kimpo ang Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2908 s.2020 kung saan kinakailangang magsuot ng face mask ang mga residente sa mga pampublikong lugar. Sang-ayon ang National Union of People's Lawyers na dapat tugunan ng pamahalaan ang pandemya pero maaaring kuwestiyunin ang legal na basehan ng guidelines para sa agarang pag-aresto.
