Tomorrow's Eurovillage event is ticketed with all tickets now sold
Liverpool City Council urged Eurovision fans who don't have a ticket for the Eurovillage Grand Final to not show up as they will be refused entry.
The Pier Head welcomed thousands of fans over the last week with every night of celebrations free to enjoy. The Grand Final is the only ticketed event, costing £15 per person, but it has now sold out. Liverpool City Council has urged those attempting to gain access without a ticket to enjoy the contest at one of the many other venues around the city as they will be denied access. In a statement, they said: "The village, situated on the Pier Head, has been a great success since it opened last week, seeing huge crowds enjoying a host of incredible acts from this year’s Song Contest entrants to the English National Opera.
"Up to and including today, Friday 12 May, entry to the village has been free and unticketed. However, for all of tomorrow, fans can only enter the village if they have a ticket.""Anyone coming to the city centre wishing to enjoy the Grand Final is asked to watch it in one of the many venues screening the show – most of which are free and unticketed.
