He's panicking, wondering what he's just done and his thoughts are racing a mile a minute. As Wally panics, he becomes entangled in a mysterious red energy. Close Wally manages to calm himself down by practicing breathing and before he knows it, Wally has found himself two days in the past. As he looks around in the rain and contemplates what's just happened, Wally continues to ground himself, preparing for what comes next.
