Around 5 p.m. on Saturday, investigators located Garcia, who was wanted on three felony warrants, in a parked car near the corner of Broadway Street and Cortia Street. The three detectives opened fire on Garcia, hitting him multiple times. Garcia was declared deceased on the scene.
