The house on the far left received a bland brown paint job in 2007, and was later painted all white. Its formerly seafoam-green neighbor adopted an all-black look after selling in 2012. It traded hands again in 2021 for $6.45 million. The sole, pastel pink survivor of the Sherbert Homes last sold for $5.4 million in 2015, according to Zillow. The owner has no plans of changing its iconic color, a friend and local broker told the LA Times in 2023. The home hit the rental market various times in 2020 and 2025, but it’s not immediately clear whether past listings found tenants.The three-bed, three-bath property spans 2,822 square feet. It offers renters fully furnished — and shockingly neutral — interiors.
