LOW-INCOME earners living in public housing projects should be exempted from paying rent in view of the movement-control order, said Fahmi Fadzil. “Federal Territories Minister Annuar Musa announced yesterday that Kuala Lumpur City Hall will exempt businesses operating on its premises from paying rent, but I think he should not stop there,” said the Lembah Pantai MP in a statement today.
