Residents of Ogden Valley have the chance to incorporate into a city on the November ballot. Many are divided over whether that’s a good idea or not.
It’s that independence that most people there want to maintain, but the question lies in how they want to do that. “When you’ve lived here a long time and you’ve watched it change, there is something behind that, that you can kind of understand,” said Brandi Hammon. “I think there are a lot of misguided people who really believe that if we become a city, that all their problems will go away,” Warburton said.
