Vermilion Police looking for man who stole donations for fallen Navy Corpsman Maxton Soviak memorial foundationAccording to a post on Facebook, on Saturday afternoon at Quaker Steak and Lube, a man stole a bucket of donations for the foundation of fallen Navy Corpsman Maxton Soviak. Police posted the photos on Facebook around 9 a.m. and in less than an hour later, the man was identified.
