A woman in Twinsburg, Ohio, is challenging a police report following a car chase that resulted in a multi-vehicle collision. The woman claims that police vehicles involved in the pursuit also struck her car.

A woman in Twinsburg , Ohio is disputing a police report after a car chase ended in a crash involving her vehicle. Riley was driving to her job on December 27th when Darien Smith, who was fleeing a traffic stop, lost control of his car and hit Riley's Hyundai. Police reports state that Smith then struck several other cars before finally hitting a pole. Riley claims that police cars involved in the chase also struck her vehicle during the incident.

She is seeking additional documentation from the police department to file an insurance claim for her totaled car. The police report only lists Smith hitting Riley's car, and staff in the records department stated that this report should be submitted to her insurance company
