This issue involves a third-party vendor and impacts Capital One consumers, small businesses and commercial banks.Capital One’s support account on the social media platform X has been flooded with complaints from users.

Capital One has not given a set ETA on when the issue will be resolved but reported they are actively working with the vendor to restore services., FIS Global is the third-party vendor that is affected by the issue. CNN reported FIS Global provides financial tech services to a number of major banks.
