The following restrictions will occur from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Tuesday, April 11, and ending Thursday, April 13:The speed limit will be reduced to 45 mph.The following 24 hour lane restriction will be in place from Monday, April 10, through Friday, April 21:
