Skegness closed down after ‘murder’ as cops tell holidaymakers to stay away
"Officers attended Sea Lane following a call at 12.57am, reporting an altercation near Fantasy Grill & Balti."This morning officers arrested the 30-year-old man, in Ingoldmells. He will be questioned in due course."
Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the force on 101, quoting incident 22 of 6 April. Those who wish to make an anonymous report can contact independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. A spokesperson for Fantasy Island in Skegness said it would remain open but added: "Some of our operational procedures may be adapted, and there may be some ride closures in place in order to respect the sensitivity of the incident."
