An area of the Lincolnshire coast has been closed off to the public due to an "ongoing incident." Roman Bank has been closed in the area of the junction with Sea Lane.
Lincolnshire Police announced the closure on social media in the early hours of Thursday, April 6 at 3.14am. It advises drivers and pedestrians to avoid the area where possible. It also advises people to use alternative routes to get to where they need to if possible. Google Maps shows that traffic appears to be flowing well but Roman Bank is closed near Spar Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island.It is not yet known what the nature of the incident is or how long the road will be closed for. Lincolnshire Police has been contacted for more information.
