Prime Minister Theresa May has sacked Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson over a leak that revealed Chinese telecoms giant Huawei had been approved build parts of the UK's 5G network

The Prime Minister's Office said in statement that Williamson had been asked to leave the cabinet following an investigation into the"unauthorised disclosure of information" from the U.K.'s National Security Council.
