Two Texas men have been indicted and arrested on charges related to unlawful firearms dealing, federal prosecutors announced Friday.

Ronin Michael Rhoades, 24, of Georgetown, and Tristan James Banda, 42, of Pflugerville, were charged with dealing firearms without a license, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas. Rhoades faces additional charges of conspiracy to traffic firearms and conspiracy to straw purchase firearms. Prosecutors allege he was involved in trafficking various weapons, including AR- and AK-style rifles, FN SCAR rifles, pistols, and a .50 caliber rifle.Arrested on Aug. 1, Rhoades could face up to 15 years in prison for firearms trafficking, 25 years for straw purchasing, and five years for unlicensed dealing if convicted.

Banda, arrested on Aug. 14, faces up to five years in prison if convicted of dealing firearms without a license.Sentencing, if convictions occur, will be determined by a federal judge after considering sentencing guidelines and other factors.
