Two new 591-foot-tall skyscrapers in Dubai will be connected by a daring sky pool, but this exclusive amenity will only be accessible to residents of the ultra-penthouse. The Regent Residences Dubai project, estimated to be worth $1 billion upon its completion in 2027, will feature 63 luxury residences, including a 35,000-square-foot penthouse with six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator.
