Dixitkumar Rasikbhai Patel was charged with promoting prostitution/interstate transport of a female for prostitution and two counts of soliciting prostitution. Ketan Na Talati was charged with promoting prostitution/interstate transport of a female for prostitution and six counts of soliciting prostitution.
