Twitch rolls out Guest Star as a tool for streamers to host talk shows

As we near the end of the year, it looks like Twitch is making more features available to its streaming community.It is now rolling out to all streamers and will allow them to host their own talk shows more easily., some of which are aimed at getting viewers to subscribe to creators and others designed for streamers in particular.

Set to roll out to all users on the platform in the coming days and weeks, depending on the region, the new tool will be accessible on the creator dashboard inside of Twitch. To ensure that things do not get out of control, as will likely be the case when getting chat involved, creators will be able to toggle audio controls for guests, along with being able to enable/disable their video and remove them from the stream completely if needed.

As for the other announcements from Twitch this week, it is also looking to get more viewers subbing. On this front, the company has revealedfor Microsoft’s PC Game Pass, with a three-month long trial to the service available to those who subscribe to a streamer between 3rd and 11th November.
