Or perhaps we didn’t. On Sunday, a specific “Christopher” made a physical comeback in a pretty “major” way. A replica of the Columbus statue that was torn down and chucked in Baltimore’s harbor in 2020 was installed on the White House grounds.

Administration spokesperson Davis Ingle said in a statement last month, “In this White House, Christopher Columbus is a hero.
