Francis J. Kearse III is accused in court records of using Snapchat to solicit young females for “sugar daddy” relationships
SHARONVILLE, Ohio - A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted a Greater Cincinnati medical doctor on prostitution and trafficking charges involving a 16-year-old, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Francis J. Kearse III of West Chester was arrested earlier this month on charges of compelling prostitution and importuning, all involving the teen, court records show.Now he faces the following felony charges for the same victim: compelling prostitution, compelling prostitution involving a minor, trafficking in persons and importuning. Kearse, 43, communicated with the teen on Snapchat and provided gift cards before they met last year, according to the affidavit.According to the affidavit, the teen met Kearse in Sharonville on Oct. 19, 2025, and he gave the teen two vape pens and $15 in exchange for sexual activity for hire. Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Dwane Mallory gave Kearse a cashless bond after his March 11 arrest and ordered him not to use social media, including Snapchat, court records show.
