Officers said they saw him leave the bank, enter a Jeep Compass and drive away before stopping him with cash from the robbery in his possession. Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Jason Manning said Williamson either said or implied he had a gun in five of the robberies. Authorities estimate he stole about $22,000 in total, though he did not obtain money in every attempt, according to. He had initially faced more than a dozen additional charges before reaching a plea agreement. He is scheduled to be sentenced June 25 and faces a range of penalties from probation to more than 40 years in prison, according to the newspaper.
