As a rare winter storm continues to inch its way toward Northeast Florida, more city and countywide services are announcing how they will handle the inclement weather.

Around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Waste Management announced that it would be postponing all residential, commercial, and roll-off collection services on Wednesday in Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns County.Town of Orange Park Wednesday Yard Waste customers will be serviced on Thursday Thursday trash customers will be serviced on Friday .

Commercial and roll-off customers with regular service days scheduled between Wednesday and Friday will be delayed by one day.
