JOHANNESBURG - The country's ports may be brought to a standstill on Monday, putting further strain on the economy.The state-owned logistics firm upped its offer from 1.5 to 3 percent.But unions, Satawu and Untu say it's not even close to the 13.5 percent demanded, calling it an insult.At the same time, it's asked the CCMA to intervene.
