A Tooele woman and her boyfriend are facing charges of drug distribution and child abuse after police say they found the couple and the woman's daughter living in deplorable conditions.
<p>TOOELE — A mother and her boyfriend have been charged with dealing drugs while living in deplorable conditions with the woman's young daughter.
 Their initial court appearances are scheduled for Aug. 6.
