Third-year Titans linebacker suffers season-ending injury in preseason finale.
Tennessee Titans linebacker and special teams player Chance Campbell tore his ACL in the preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Tennessee head coach Brian Callahan confirmed Campbell is out for the season.More News: CeeDee Lamb, Cowboys Agree to Massive Contract Extension He sustained the season-ending injury minutes before halftime and was visibly frustrated as he left the matchup. Campbell walked off the field on his own and headed to the locker room with training staff.
This is the second linebacker the Titans have lost for the entirety of the 2024 season. Garett Wallow was also sustained a season-ending injury.'We've taken two pretty significant hits at the linebacker spot with Wallow and Chance,' Callahan told the media.The Titans' linebacker depth is already weak. A number of Tennessee linebackers have already sustained injuries, including Garret Wallow, Cedric Gray, Otis Reese IV, Luke Gifford, and JoJo Domann.
