KUALA LUMPUR: A drug syndicate in the city has been busted and RM154,000 of drugs seized with three individuals detained, says Comm Datuk Azmi Abu Kassim.
The Kuala Lumpur police chief said police conducted raids at a condominium at Taman Desa and a parking lot at Jalan Imbi on Tuesday ."We also seized syabu, heroin and Erimin 5 pills worth about RM154,000 in the raids," he said in a statement on Friday ."We believe they have been active for about two months. They were using the condominium as a storage area and the drugs are meant for the Klang Valley," he said.
Comm Azmi urged those with information on drug-related activities to contact the police via WhatsApp at 012-208 7222.
