It’s not clear what the sale price was, but JClarkson Enterprises, LLC borrowed $3.78 million from City National Bank for the purchase.Built in 2008, the three-story mansion sits on a 1.12-acre parcel and was marketed for its “large-scale” entertainment potential. The house also has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half bathroom and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Outside on the property is an infinity edge pool and spa, a stainless steel Viking gas grill and an Italian wood-burning pizza oven. There’s also a casita with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area and full bar. Thomas J.
