PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin must immediately identify and appoint a Health Minister as the Covid-19 outbreak appears to be on the cusp of a pandemic, says a think tank.

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin must immediately identify and appoint a Health Minister as the Covid-19 outbreak appears to be on the cusp of a pandemic, says a think tank.
