The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of April 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.The 1,588 square-foot single-family home in the 1700 block of Pleasant Valley Avenue in Oakland has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in March and the total purchase price was $1,575,000, $992 per square foot. The house was built in 1917. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
