Here's an exclusive look at the 21-slide pitch deck Gable, a hybrid workforce management startup, used to raise $12 million in Series A funding from Foundation Capital and SemperVirens

The startup connects employees with coworking spaces to book and helps execs manage office budgets.In January 2020, Liza Mash Levin and Omri Haviv were working on an idea for a flexible work startup, a bold concept given that most companies then operated completely in-person.

Now, the concept Levin and Haviv brainstormed all those years ago has become a full-fledged startup, Gable, which recently raised $12 million in Series A funding, co-led by SemperVirens and Foundation Capital, with participation from Tishman Speyer Ventures, Ulu Ventures, and January Ventures. The startup has partnered with 800 spaces from office space providers like Bond Collective and Canopy across 30 states in 10 countries to create a two-sided marketplace for companies and coworking spaces.

And while other startups like Upflex and LiquidSpace are also tackling this problem, Levin told Insider that Gable differentiates itself by its focus on software. For instance, in addition to connecting companies with coworking spaces, Gable also provides people, operations, and workplace teams visibility into employee satisfaction and workplace usage through its software, allowing them to more easily budget for office space, Levin explained.
