Party buses aren’t just for bachelor parties anymore. “I prefer the little kids since we don’t have to worry about alcohol spilled all over the place,” says one operator.

Long associated with the debauchery of bachelor parties and pub crawls, the infamous party bus is getting a makeover. The built-in refrigerators are stocked with water and soda instead of alcohol. The destination is more likely to be an ice cream parlor than Atlantic City. And the stripper poles? Please. Those are now known as “safety poles.”
