Giampolo and Dong told Insider exactly what a day in their lives looks like, from morning workouts to partnership meetings, and how they've managed to create a trendy fitness brand based on bouncing.Giampolo and Dong both wake up around 6 a.m. most mornings. Giampolo grabs a cup of coffee before getting her morning started, which usually begins with client training around 7:30 a.m.
"I think we probably went there every single day for like the first year that our studio was open," Giampolo said. "Right now, at this stage of our business, we need that extra time because during the day we spend a good six hours away from the computer training people," Dong said.Go to sleep at 11 p.m.Dong's No. 1 bedtime priority is leaving her phone outside her bedroom and using something else for an alarm clock.
