The Lion King has unsurprisingly gotten a new update to the franchise with a prequel, which was previously reported to be an exploration of Mufasa and Scars' origins. Now, a fitting title sets the stage for an exciting new installment. Walt Disney Studios announced today via Twitter that the film will be called Mufasa: The Lion King. See the announcement below:
