Satisfying your sweet tooth occasionally isn't necessarily harmful, and the opportunity to save money while helping the Houston Food Bank simultaneously makes it difficult to resist. This year, The Crumby Bakeshop has partnered with EatDrinkHTX, offering a $15 menu that includes a latte or a bottled beverage and TWO delectable treats from their bakery shelves. For a more indulgent experience, a $25 option allows you to choose 6 cupcakes.

Regardless of your selection, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Houston Food Bank, contributing to their efforts in feeding those in need within the Houston community.Strategically situated at 4530 Beechnut Street (77096), the bakery is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. From Blueberry Banana Muffins to Everything but the Kitchen Sink Cookies, you're sure to find a treat that satisfies your cravings. Eat Drink HTX kicks off on February 15th and runs through February 28th. It's the sister campaign to the popular Houston Restaurant Weeks. Like its acclaimed predecessor, Eat Drink HTX presents specially priced, prix fixe brunches, lunches, and dinners, coupled with a corresponding donation. Participating restaurants contribute to the cause based on the number of Eat Drink HTX meals sold during the event.A comprehensive list of participating restaurants and their Eat Drink HTX menus can be found at www.eatdrinkhtx.com. This year's event will benefit two worthy organizations: the Houston Food Bank and Houston Kids’ Meals.
