The brand new reality docuseries 'The Chrisleys: Back to Reality' exposes the raw truth of the Chrisleys' lives—past and present—and the reality is far different from what audiences have seen before.

Lifetime will debut "The Chrisleys: Back to Reality," on Monday, Sept. 1, and Tuesday, Sept. 2. Similar in some ways to the family’s previous reality projects and different in other ways, this new series shows a side of the Chrisleys that has never been seen before with exclusive access to the family—Julie and Todd from prison and upon their release, Savannah, Chase, Grayson, Chloe, Nanny Faye, and for the first time, Julie’s parents Harvey and Pam.As many reality fans have been eager to learn more of how life is for the Chrisleys since the conviction, Lifetime is gearing up to release four episodes, with two episodes releasing Sept. 1 and another two brand new episodes the following day, Tuesday, Sept. 2. The first episode shows Todd and Julie in prison, and also focuses on their daughter, Savannah’s, ongoing fight to secure a pardon for them while balancing work, guardianship of her younger brother and sister, and navigating fractured relationships with older brother Chase and grandparents Pam and Harvey. Episode two shines a light on Todd and Julie’s youngest son, Grayson, and his attempt to talk some sense into Chase, which ends up backfiring horribly. Meanwhile, Nanny Faye struggles to accept Chase’s girlfriend Jodi, and the family recounts the rise of the family’s popular reality show,The first of the two episodes premiering Sept. 2 shows Savannah navigating grief after a difficult breakup, and the Chrisleys reveal shocking betrayals that helped put Todd and Julie behind bars. To conclude the two-night premiere, the fourth episode in the debut season follows Chase as he decides to take a big step that leads to an argument with Julie, all while the family implodes after a heated argument between Harvey and Savannah.will premiere in two-episode increments every Tuesday beginning at 8/7c.
