The Chosen has changed my life the way other ppl say the Passion changed theirs. It's pure simplicity; unpretentious dialog, actors who aren't blond haired and blue eyed, makes it an understandable and relatable show.
I can't say enough about Jonathan Roumie's portrayal of Jesus. It's his looks and acting that drew me into the show. I have Prime and was able to watch all 5 seasons. I'm glad to hear Prime is the official streaming platform for the show.Just Wonderful. So down to earth, you are made to feel part of the entire program. Thank all of you, and God BlessSeason 4 Episode 3 Thomas and Ramah. The Bible says not to add to or take away from the Bible. Why did they take liberties to create a story that does not exist in the Bible. This gives the impression of fiction. Do not add or do not take away. Sad, it was a favorite. Now I have doubts. The Chosen is a historical drama starring Jonathan Roumie, Elizabeth Tabish, and Shahar Isaac. Created by Dallas Jenkins, The Chosen follows Jesus of Nazareth and tells his story through the eyes of ordinary people who encountered him. The series has been critically praised since it's first season in 2017.Absolutely LOVE the series, and I'm anxiously awaiting season 5! It has brought the Bible to life for me, and allowed me to feel a deeper connection to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you so much for the blessing this has brought to so many!
