A proper crossover between The Boys and Gen V needs to happen after Karen Fukuhara, the actress who played Kimiko, hyped up the latter series. After the climatic events of The Boys season 4, the future of the group is nail-bitingly unclear as the series enters its final season. Though there have been a few updates on The Boys season 5, details on the story have been few and far between as Homelander gathers more supes for his army and stages his takeover.
Karen Fukuhara's Gen V Love Makes A Cameo More Exciting Fukuhara Expressed Her Love Of Gen V At D23 Close Fukuhara's admiration for Gen V makes a possible cameo from her character in The Boys even more likely and exciting for audiences. Fukuhara spoke about the finale of The Boys at 2024's D23 panel, expressing her shock at the fact that her character spoke for the first time in the series.
Season 4's finale revealed that Sam and Cate had joined Homlander's supe army. As The Boys were rounded up during their attempt to escape, Cate used her abilities to make Frenchie forget Kimiko, allowing him to leave unscathed. This leads to Kimiko's first spoken lines in the show as she calls out for Frenchie to come back as she is being restrained.
From there, Kimiko could ask Marie and her friends to help and act as a surprise weapon against Homelander's supe army, allowing The Boys and Gen V to collide in a true superhero standoff.
