The best dressed stars of the week were those who embraced summery silhouettes at parties and premieres—opting for pieces like sleeveless dresses, cropped tops, and mini skirts to tastefully show some skin. In the process, they proved that easy-breezy dressing can still look extremely polished and red carpet-worthy.
At the Chanel Métiers d’Art show in Tokyo, for one, Kristen Stewart put her own spin on the label’s signature tweed: She wore Chanel’s mini skirt suit, paired with a classic white tank—a fun, youthful take on suiting. Another fan of the mini hemline? Model Aweng Chuol, who sported a sheer pink lace minidress by Poster Girl to a Mulberry party—complete with the matching pink bag, of course. Clearly, Barbiecore is still going strong.
