Yeah, no. When I mention the Golden Triangle – or we call it the Texas Triangle – you know, that Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston area. That’s what we’re looking at. I would imagine that price tag’s been going up, especially as the value of property in Texas has been rising generally. It’s going to be directly across the Colorado River from Colorado Bend State Park. The terrain is similar.
Our goal is to get folks in as soon as practical. And initially, probably within 12 to 18 months, we’ll be offering limited day use. And that will probably be through guided hikes or public hunting next hunting season.
