A Texas mother received a condolence card for her son's death just days before Christmas, but her son is alive. The return address was listed to a Columbus organization. Malissa Thomas-St. Clair, the founder of Mothers of Murdered Columbus Children, said the mother contacted them on Monday. The card read, 'Your son made a difference in your life in so many ways.
' On the inside, in what appeared to be cryptic, stamped letters was a note that named the teen boy and his mother and said, 'Our condolences for the loss of your beloved.' Thomas-St. Clair said law enforcement agencies in Texas and Columbus have been notified and are investigating. 'When we find out who it is, and we won’t stop, because we don’t want this to become common practice,' Thomas-St. Clair said. 'If we can hold someone accountable right now, maybe that would deter someone else.'
