Telford College’s business and digital team paid a visit to their new base which they believe is the start of a 'unique and ambitious alliance'.The college is gearing up to run a maths and digital skills hub at the town’s Station Quarter from September, delivering a wide range of technology-focused training programmes with a focus on innovation.
Teams of staff from Telford College have been taken on hard-hat tours of the Station Quarter building over the past couple of weeks, supervised by construction teams from Willmott Dixon. Telford College deputy chief executive Janet Stephens said: “It’s fabulous to see Station Quarter really taking shape.

Free Training Courses Launched at Telford College to Boost Careers in Construction IndustryTelford College, in partnership with Telford & Wrekin Council and Lovell Partnerships, is launching free training courses to help individuals gain qualifications and skills for the construction industry. The 'Built By You' initiative offers four-week programs for unemployed individuals aged 19 and above, providing a level 1 qualification and on-the-job experience. Each cohort will consist of up to 10 candidates, with four intakes per year.
