PETALING JAYA: Touch 'n Go has been told to take immediate action to overcome the confusion on the use of its newly launched Visa prepaid card, says Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub.
Touch 'n Go representatives have been told to improve their prepared information so consumers would get the necessary information regarding the use and functions of the card, said the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister.
On Wednesday , Touch ‘n Go Group, via the Touch ‘n Go ewallet, launched the first corporate social responsibility -linked Visa prepaid card in Malaysia. He said with all the features incorporated in this card, Touch ‘n Go ewallet is now able to offer all the services equivalent to an alternative bank to all ewallet users for free.
