The fast food giant is jumping into what some have called a “beverage boom” with specialty coffees, shakes and aguas frescas.
Taco Bell is testing a new concept with specialty coffees, shakes and other beverages called the Live Más Café. The Live Más Café officially opened on Monday, Dec. 9, taking over an existing Taco Bell drive-thru at 1548 E. H St.
Beverages include Refrescas, Taco Bell’s version of aguas frescas in several fruit flavors and Churro Chillers, shakes topped with cold foam and churro pieces in flavors such as Mexican Chocolate, Cinnavanilla Coffee, Wild Strawberry and Caramel Cafe. The menu also includes iced or hot coffees such as Vanilla Crema, Cinnabon Caramel, and Mexican Mocha.“This new model highlights Taco Bell’s plan to disrupt the beverage industry with a Taco Bell twist,” the Irvine-based fast food giant states in a news release.Redwood City is home to a new Argentinian-style cafe
