T-Mobile's new seasonal suspension policy charges full recurring fees instead of the previous $10 per line per month fee, sparking customer anger.

T-Mobile has made a change to its seasonal suspension policy that is not sitting well with customers. Starting October 10th, subscribers who suspend their accounts or individual lines for a seasonal suspension will be charged the full recurring charge each month instead of the previous $10 per line per month fee. AutoPay discounts will still apply while on suspension if an eligible payment method is used.

Subscribers can still seasonally suspend their accounts or individual lines twice a year for a maximum period of 90 days each time. Some subscribers are expressing frustration on Reddit, with many saying they will now port their numbers to other services like Google Voice instead
