The bird lost flight in Stadium Australia while organisers were setting up for the gig, sustaining a heavy concussion and a soft tissue injury.Jess Crause from Sydney Wildlife Rescue was called out to the stadium to retrieve the bird that was dehydrated and clearly affected by the extreme heat. The bird, dubbed Swifty since the rescue, is part of a family of peregrine falcons that have lived in the upper parts of the stadium since 2018."Next time he should just stay where he is. He's got the perfect view."The falcon was then taken to Taronga Wildlife Hospital where he has been in care for the last month.
