According to a press release, police responded to a reported shooting in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street on November 10th to find one man dead, and another suffering from non life-threatening injuries and a gunshot wound.The deceased victim has been identified as 39-year-old Josue Saez, who resided in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street.
Police have since arrested 26-year-old Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez for his involvement in the homicide. He has been charged with Murder, Reckless Endangering Another Person and a Person Not To Possess a Firearm. Francisco was taken to the Dauphin County booking center and is waiting arraignment. Francisco also resided in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street.
Police are searching for a second person of interest in the investigation, Felix Hernandez-Hernandez. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Dauphin County 911, Detective Pat Corkle at 717-564-2550.
